Well Being

I studied Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology at The London School of Massage, specialising in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I am also a professionally qualified practitioner of Hot and Cold Stone Massage, the Natural Facial Lift Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage and Pregnancy and Labour Massage.

In 2022 I completed a three-year degree course in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, from the London College of Chinese Medicine. TCM is an ancient medical healing system that continues to be used alongside western medicine to this day. As well as treating all kinds of health complaints such as pain, fatigue, stress or post-viral syndromes, I also specialise in Cosmetic Acupuncture, which is a welcomed natural alternative to the many invasive and toxic anti-ageing procedures on the market today.

I work with clients of all ages to create a bespoke treatment plan to suit each individual's body, mind and lifestyle. I am currently only offering a mobile service to clients in both London and Winchester.

The holistic therapies that I offer are a proven, effective way of helping people to find a deeper sense of peace, relief, connection and overall wellbeing. I aim to rejuvenate, relax and re-balance your body, mind and spirit, with the healing arts of acupuncture, massage and reiki, using a naturally therapeutic touch, intuition, extensive experience and healing energy.

I was a volunteer complimentary therapist at The Royal Free Hospital in London for two years, before Covid. This entailed using therapeutic touch and healing massage techniques on patients across the hospital, including transplant patients, paraplegics, dementia patients and cancer patients, as well as working in the scleroderma clinic. I was hired and mentored by the amazing Keith Hunt MBE, who started the department some thirty years ago. It is a bit of sunshine, peace, relief and happiness for patients who are stuck in hospital, feeling otherwise pretty awful. The benefits for the patients were undeniable and I hope to bring a similar service to hospitals in the South West, where I now live with my family.

I am fully insured with Balens and am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association which is the leading professional body for the regulation of complementary therapists in the UK, as well as being a member of the Acupuncture Society.

I adhere to a strictly professional, ethical and moral code of conduct. I will refuse or terminate a treatment, to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, to anyone that is not capable of giving their consent and to anyone that displays inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards me. Any such event would come under the terms of my 24-hour cancellation policy.
